We also automatically store information related to your use of the Site, such as the pages you view on the Site, your browser type, IP address, date and time of your visit and other information volunteered by you. We use this type of information to administer the Site and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Site. Further, if there are home warranty companies that do not wish to disclose their quotes, the User request would be sent to the next best company, based on ZIP code and availability of that company to take the lead forward.
The User should note that the contact details collected will be used to send free quotes by home warranty companies. Users are allowed to use the same information to subscribe for alerts and newsletters. These newsletters and alerts will be communicated when any new content is published, AND/OR when the User gets a reply for his/her review, AND/OR when another reviewer likes the comment by a User, AND/OR when any original review surpasses a predefined number of views.
Public content. You can contribute to the Site in a number of different ways, including writing reviews, participating in talk threads and voting on other users’ contributions. We may store these contributions (your “Public Content“), display them to other users, and use them for promotional purposes. Note that if you include personally identifiable information in your Public Content, it can be used and viewed by others. The site has the authority to remove any and all personally identifiable information from your Public Content but we are not responsible for the information you choose to include in your Public Content.

We enable some of our business partners to use cookies in conjunction with your use of the Site. We have no access to or control over the use of these cookies. These cookies collect information about your use of the Site. You can choose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites.
Feedback. You should feel free to give us feedback, register a complaint, or ask questions about the Site. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites). You can opt-out of some these practices by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page, and Omniture’s opt-out page
