Application:

  1. Series YH-ZYD-R Double-stage vacuum Transformer Oil Regeneration machine is used for degassing, dehydration and filtering impurities of transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and dielectric oil.

What is different between series YH-ZYD double-stage vacuum transformer oil filtration machine and series YH-ZYD-R double-stage vacuum transformer oil regeneration machine?

Series YH-ZYD and series YH-ZYD-R all can remove the water, gas and impurities from transformer oil high-efficiently. The difference is the series YH-ZYD-R Double-stage vacuum Transformer Oil Regeneration machine has an additional regeneration device which uses physiochemical method to remove acid contents, sludge, free carbon, suspended matter and precipitated residues from the oil, recovering oil quality to new oil. It enhances oil insulation and equipment safety. It compare its cost to that of changing oil, it will be 90%.

  5. Control of strategic asset is retained. Oil in use is an asset. Use of regeneration technology removes dependence of the oil company on replacement suppliers and isolates them from wildly fluctuating external market prices.
